Ernesto has 15+ years in healthcare, insurance, tech, and marketing, leading sales and account roles across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean to drive growth and client success.

**Florian Gaa**  
President & General Manager  
Over 20 years experience in BioPharma and Medical devices with Roche, Genentech and AstraZeneca. Assignments as country CFO, Head Global Alliance Controlling in US, Switzerland, Philippines and Japan.

**Jesuan Betancourt**  
Chief Technology Officer
